SCT 125-1200 is an ultrasonic cleaner produced under SOOONIC® trademark and is designed for cleaning of extrusion moulds, metal and non-metal instruments. Cleaning is performed in alkaline detergent solutions with additives of inhibitors at a temperature of 45oC.
The cleaner is power supplied by an ultrasonic generator type SG.1200.OF mounted in a cabinet with electric equipment, thermostat and timer for setting up cleaning time.
The ultrasonic cleaner SCT 125-1200 is equipped with an additional container – heater for cleaning liquid, connected to the cleaner through a circulation system with filter. There is a heater, mounted in the additional container to maintain the temperature of the solution.
The equipment also consists of a grid for placing heavy instruments and a holder for hanging up the grid while the cleaning liquid drips.
