The complex is fully automatic and is part of Industry 4.0. The main modules of which the complex is composed are:

  • induction generator 200 kVA.
  • water cooling of the generator from a water-water recirculation system
  • heating module of two inductors, operating simultaneously. In each of which a part can be loaded for heating.
  • generator control by PLC simatic. - Profinet connectivity.
  • manipulators for loading and unloading parts - manipulator for loading cold parts.
  • manipulator for loading hot parts and unloading pressed parts.
  • control of the manipulators and heating by PLC simatic. - Profinet connectivity.
  • hydraulic forging press - manufactured by VAPTECH - Bulgaria.
  • control of the hydraulic press by PLC simatic. - Profinet connectivity.
  • Industry 4.0 PLC simatic. - Profinet connectivity. Remote access to the controls of the complex for diagnostics.
