The ultrasonic welding press USP 100 PW produced under the trade mark SOOONIC® is designed for “welding” of different details made of plastic, polypropylene, polyamide and other thermoplastic materials and with suitable shapes and sizes. By using the appropriate ultrasonic frequency, sonotrode and generator, the details are welded in the assembling points. This welding technology is applicable for details that cannot be assembled in any other way or the assembling points are inside the detail.
The ultrasonic welding press USP 100 PW can be installed in an automatic welding equipment for assembling of details.
The device is equipped with an ultrasonic transducer, a sonotrode, a mechanical transformer and an ultrasonic generator type SOOONIC® SG xxxx HpW.
